Twin Oaks engages in deep-dive analysis to take advantage of market inefficiencies in order to profit from securities arbitrage. In this manner, the company is able to generate outsized risk-free returns on undeployed capital. The group maintains a fully delta-hedged portfolio of debt, equity, and derivative instruments while maintaining ample liquidity to allow for opportunistic investment in other business lines.
DISTRESSED REAL ESTATE
Our real estate investment group is able to identify and invest in distressed and undermanaged properties in desirable markets. As a core business group, we have focused on submarkets and geographies with constrained supply and beneficial demographics. This group has consistently generated outsized returns with minimalized taxable gains.
